Energy Technology Client UNIGRID Expands Sodium-Ion Battery Systems into Europe and Prepares for U.S. Launch

Congratulations to Procopio client and energy technology innovator UNIGRID on reaching a significant commercial milestone as the company begins deploying its sodium-ion residential battery systems in Europe and prepares for deliveries in the United States later this year. As recently reported by the San Diego Business Journal, UNIGRID says its proprietary sodium-ion technology provides an alternative to conventional lithium-ion batteries with greater temperature resilience and a more domestic supply chain built around widely available sodium resources.
