Our Orange County office in Irvine is growing so fast it's hard to keep up! The latest evidence of that was our continuing rise up the law firm rankings of the Orange County Business Journal. Our office ranked larger than nearly 2/3 of our competitors after having started five years ago with a single attorney. We continue to grow, having added more attorneys since the Journal conducted its count. So far this year we've added Partners Ben Herbert and Gary Chen, Senior Associate Alexander Tang, Associates Danielle Ocampo Hull, Hayden Fredrick, Shawna Strecker, and Patent Agent Jonathan Bass. Our OC attorneys handle a wide range of legal matters, including real estate and land use, construction, corporate law, intellectual property prosecution and litigation, trusts and estates, employment law, and more.

The San Diego Business Journal called LaunchPad a "leading business incubator in Southern California" as it powers forward in its second decade. SDBJ Managing Editor Brad Graves showcased successful alums of our program and two current participants, and interviewed one of our Corporate Law Partners who has worked with incubator participants since its inception, Michael Kinkelaar. “We were pretty loose back in the early days," Mike said, comparing it to the current structured program that goes beyond office space and close proximity to startup attorneys to include guidance on subjects including valuation, funding, employment issues and pursuing a strong exit. Learn more, including Mike's thoughts on the current venture capital landscape, in the San Diego Business Journal article.
